Absolutely the worst service provider I've ever had to deal with. They make a big show of saying you have unlimited data and then slow you down after 8 gigs so you can't even load a news article in under a min. They use the T-Mobile-Metro towers and give you 20% of the service metro offers but charge you more. 0/10 I'd rather walk on a mile of Legos than be stuck with them for a whole month.

Customer service and support suck. When you buy top up data in their app, it takes your money from your bank account without giving you the top up data sometimes. They will not give you a refund or credit the mistake back to your TruConnect account. Their top up data goes extremely fast too, so fast its like a hour or two for extra 1 GB of data at $5 and your out again (whenever it actually credits your top up data purchase correctly) Customer support are overseas and don't care at all 4 you.

I would rather have a kidney stone again than keep this (service provider??) They have very few competent people working in customer service. The latest issue that I'm having.. I no longer have the ACP through truconnect, and they could not give a me an explanation as to how this happened to my account. I think I saw some string and two cups out by the dumpster, I won't be able to have cool apps, but I'll get to make phone calls.
